      Pros

      Medical was basically free, affordable lunch on site

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, especially around the holidays. If you aren't smiling all the time, it doesn't matter how good you are at the job. They use an 'always room for improvement' model on reviews than ensures you won't get a pay adjustment over a low COLA, which can't possibly keep up with inflation.
