Another irrational decision

Pros

Benefits and 401k retirement and colleagues

Cons

Here we go again, Paycom focusing on the wrong priorities. Besides daily badge swipe monitoring even if you’re salary, they now don’t want you to wear jeans AT ALL except Fridays in the office. Why not just enforce current policy which is NO SHORTS/Yoga pants in the office instead of making everyone buy new wardrobe, why are we forced to dress up for those in field offices, for who, other internal teams?

Pros

Health care I guess it pays for anxiety meds

Cons

you dont have time to use health insurance, you are significantly underpaid, they think changing policies that largely affect their employees with less than a weeks notice is appropriate, there is absolutely no work life balance because they constantly raise metrics, there is so much toxic positivity and if you speakup youre labeled as negative

Pros

good compensation and benifits. insurance is great.

Cons

you will have not work life balance. expect 12 hour days. You have about a 50/50 shot at getting into a team with a good team lead that will give you tools for success or on a team with a TL that will throw you under the bus the first chance they get.
