* Uplifting atmosphere: Overall I feel a comfortable, encouraging, yet challenging environment. Learned a lot through training, projects, tech talks, and annual code-a-thons. * Flexible working shift: I chose 9-6 so that I can sleep a little late and avoid morning rush. * Great cafe: Two of them, discounted price, from different catering every day. Plus monthly company luncheon. * Nice gym: Really enjoy fitting courses with professional coach. * Good pay: Besides salary, there're stock rewards as long term incentive.

Cons

As mentioned above, gym is nice. And we also have a big beautiful backyard park, great for running outside or soccer. But by now, the gym is kind small for growing people. Hope the company can expand it soon, and add a swimming pool!

1. Lots of opportunities for growth. 2. Always encouraged to be innovative and work around with smart and helpful people. 3. Flexible work hours is perfect for me as 2 kids dad. 4. Work environment is excellent. Coffee in break room is amazing. 5. Boot camp in company gym keeps me fit.

I know we already have 2 full basketball court, but can we add one more?
