      DO NOT WORK HERE AT ALL

      Nothing neither pay nor work-life balance.

      Cons

      Worst Company I have seen in my career. The work culture was very competitive and cut-throat. They evaluate the work every 2 weeks and display the bottom developer's names on every floor and fire them suddenly after 3 months. Executive and management staff always encouraged employees to work harder - longer hours. No work/life balance. No bonus share or bonus, no overtimes, no college tuition, no family program etc. In one word 'STRESSFUL' not at all recommended.

      Would not recommend for ambitious software engineers

      1. Teams are very well organised 2. People are helpful

      Cons

      1. Too restrictive 2. No work at homes 3. Developer's contributions are not measured accurately 4. No proper company policy about relocation or temporary stay benefits. (Depends on the recruiter, if he/she is good they will accept your request for relocation charges. Some HRs directly reject requests )
