Teams can be small, you can be in a good module and generally speaking the enviornment is relaxed.

Cons

Product is always stretched really thin which makes getting answers for functionality tough.

Pros

- foot in the door at a software company - learn about software lifecycle, basic softwares associated with development and QA (Splunk, TOAD, Jira) - you enter the job with peers that are also new to the company

Cons

- very structured - can become monotonous with how you only work on a specific niche within the software - not encouraged you to expand skill set, only allowed to use work hours to expand knowledge base on the Paycom software itself - won't pay for any further education (college classes or certifications) even if it is IT related
