Pros

There are no pros to this company. Only putting 1 star because I can’t leave it blank.

Cons

Where do I begin? They will do anything to get a butt in a seat when they are understaffed. Tell you all the things you want to hear and then when you start you find out everything you were told was not the truth. If you enjoy punching a clock and having every second of your day scheduled for you and you want to be micromanaged then this place is perfect. They preach the work/life balance but there is absolutely zero work/life balance. Don’t let the fancy Client Support Rep title fool you. You’ll be just another Customer Service Rep for miserable people to beat up on.
