Pros

Base salary is higher than the major competition. CPA Care is very supportive when partnering with CPA's for referrals

Cons

Managment is more concearned with the number of appointment held rather than the quality/results of your appointments. Negative / Back stabbing environment.. Co-workers are as much of your compeition as ADP and Paychex. Zero loyalty to employees, more so than any other sales position. Regardless of the number of successful years you have sold for Paycor, if you have a few bad months, you will be gone. Be prepared to be micro-managed. The company philosophy is that if employees don't like it, they must be hiding something. Excessive reporting.
