      Pros

      Paycor offers an enormous amount of opportunity. If you work hard and contribute, then you always have room to move up. The EC listens to feedback and ideas from key contributors in the organization, and there are always opportunities to prove yourself.

      Cons

      It's a grind. The rate of growth and the push to improve margins means a heavy workload all the time. You really have to want to do it in order to survive. The hard work does pay off, which makes it worth it for me.

      Pros

      As one of the first Associates hired virtually, I’m so grateful for the care and attention provided to ensure a smooth transition to Paycor. The work has been exciting, challenging and rewarding and Paycor clearly values and respects their Associates!

      Cons

      Looking forward to limited in person meetings when it’s safe to do so - the offices are amazing!

      Pros

      Paycor is an extremely incredible company to work for. They think on their feet in times like this. It is a workplace that feels like family and you immediately feel that through their culture on your first day. They promote creative thinking and really like to see internal success moving on to other roles if you also desire it. I feel very blessed to be working for an organization who takes care of their employees and also rewards them for getting the job done. I started over 5 years ago and never looked back!
