I have had the pleasure of working at Paycor for 15 years. My start at Paycor was as a software developer on the support team. My day consisted of fixing bugs and answering work orders. Every couple of years a new opportunity would open up and Paycor supported my career growth the entire way. In my opinion, Paycor does a great job balancing promoting from within and hiring from the outside. As a software developer working on the latest technology is always important to prevent stagnation. Paycor has done a great job embracing new technology/techniques and working it into the ecosystem. Azure, React, Micro Services, CI/CD, and more. As a growth company focused on technology I have seen the engineering team grow from 30 associates to over 200. This growth has been a joy to be apart of and has provided great opportunities for career growth.
