      Clear on planning, expectations and what each day will be. Structured to deliver resources to you and clients. Lots of enthusiasm from corporate level.

      Growth pains, resources are frequently stretched to thin. Evolving processes and understanding of how to grow.

      Pros

      I really like my job. The work itself isn’t overly complicated or demanding. It’s just we’re dealing with payroll so it’s got to be right. There is a learning curve but it’s really what you make it. I enjoy the job, I really enjoy my manager, I like the culture we have as a team. I really feel the work life balance being on his team. I also know there’s a lot of change but I really feel it’s communicated well and my ideas and thoughts are taken into account.

      Cons

      I’d say there could always be higher pay and more parking spaces!
