Pros

This company continues to amaze me with the amazing employees I am honored to work with and the culture we continue to enhance. A few weeks ago I was surprised to find myself tearing up at our Sales Kick Off as multiple executives presented on the different ways our company has given back to the community, and the over all culture our Founder, Bob Coughlin, created. I am honored to work with so many people who have been with Paycor for 10+ years. Not only does that mean we have employees who are tenured with experience, but it also speaks volumes about the company we work for. In my 6 years working here I've witnessed so many "boomerang" employees too, where they have left to pursue other job opportunities and came right back. When asked why they return, it's all about the culture and the people we work with. I love this company and i'm so honored to work here.

Cons

Like any job, there are highs and lows. At Paycor the key to success is being willing to work as much as you need to in order to get the job done and get it done the right way (no short cuts). Sometimes that requires working more than 40 hours a week, which makes the work life balance challenging at times, but the culture and the flexibility to take time off when you need to, make up for that challenge.
