Pros

Product looks great, nice offices

Cons

Training program is not thorough for sales reps that are new to the industry, Leadership's sole focus are on the numbers, with little to no strategy/suggestions on how to get to those numbers. When deals are sold, implementation process is very poor which leads to no-sales...which means you don't get paid. If a deal does make it through implementation, it typically takes 2 months to implement, which means you won't get paid for at least 3 months on those deals. If you are a new rep, plan on it taking 6 months for your first commission check.

Pros

-Get beat on every deal due to price, paycom and paylocity -Great place to work if you live in Ohio

Cons

-Have to live within 2 hours of Cincinnati to be treated decently -Doesn't own any of the software, has to lease it all from other companies -Have to be a member of the "in crowd" to get any time of advancement or decent treatment -RSD's are constantly pumping up numbers and having you tell prospects ahead of schedule implementations -Several top execs have been caught having a relationship with female sales reps -Constant C-level turnover - HR makes Cincinnati employees put positive reviews on glassdoor -Bank team routinely over sells Paycor to gain bank partners and then doesn't do anything to positively effect bank relationships or fix them -Every commission check is always wrong
