Pros

The company is in its 18th year of significant growth. That growth provides endless opportunities to grow and gain experiences at an accelerated rate compared to other companies. There is also significant passion around the customer expeirnece and having associates succeed. The new C level team has taken great strides to align strategies and they all have an open door policy. The support I feel on a daily basis is one of the biggest pros working here.

Cons

The speed of growth can often cause things to feel fast-paced and we are growing into more formal processes across the business.

Pros

Coming from someone who left, realized the grass isn't always greener and came back, Paycor is an awesome place to work at. Paycor sees their employees as real people who have a voice, are listened to, and have control within the company. Not just a number like many organizations start doing while growing. Salary is very competitive and sales commissions are lucrative when performing at the companies expectations. Paycor not only helps employees but also helps out in the community everywhere. Many community partner events and helping communities in need.

Cons

Rapid growth creates small growing pains at times

Pros

Decent salary and pretty generous expense account. If you’re a decent sales rep you’re much better off at a Paychex or ADP that has it together as a company

Cons

Micromanagement like I have never encountered Implementation struggles to successfully start new business Constant pointless trainings and conference calls Every quarter a bunch of sales reps seem to be put on a performance plan
