      job isnt difficult, they say its not a call center but it is. no upward promotion options. best talent always leaves for other companies

      Cons

      clients are terrible talk to you like you are trash tech support is meh if you dont work at hq. top talent is overworked which drives them to leave.

      I have been with PAYCOR for over 16 years in various roles within the organization and appreciate the opportunity that this organization has given me to advance and excel not only professionally but personally as well. This organization has a Senior Leadership team that is truly invested in their people and the success of their people. They have accomplished this by giving recognition when it's appropriate and creating a culture where you want to strive to do your best and make a difference every day!

      Cons

      Like any organization there will be issues from time to time. It's about how they ( management and or leadership) approach and respond to challenges is what sets PAYCOR apart. Excellent professionalism and communication!
