Pay a decent base salary.

Cons

Management is horrific and extremely unethical. Especially in the Southwest. Company top down micromanages everything. Commission structure is brutal and figuring out what you are supposed to make is nearly impossible. Company having a hard time recruiting because of Glassdoor reviews....at least that is what a company email that was sent out to all employees...and suggesting they go on here and post good reviews. That email went out last week and now notice how many positive reviews are now posted within a weeks time? Fake just like the culture. Stay away it is in the best interest of your health

Paycor provides all the tools, training, and motivation to be a top seller and earn an excellent living for your family. They stand by their guiding principles and it shows throughout the culture of the organization. There is always a path of upward mobility if you want it. We are big enough to provide cutting-edge technology, but small enough to deliver service with a personal touch. Makes selling the service/product easy! It is only the beginning, as the product continues to evolve and Paycor continues to grow!
