      Pros

      -The company provides great benefits such as: cool cafeteria for meals, frequent food-trucks for lunch, networking sessions within the company, engagement opportunities, public speaking courses, etc. -The culture is great here! The best part about working here is the people on your team & in/around the office - always a pleasant place to be -Opportunity for growth: the company truly cares about your personal achievements and wants to help you achieve your goals! In addition, you are always encouraged to take on new challenges to stretch yourself and learn more!

      Cons

      -Since we have grown, there are now two different offices in the Cincinnati area. Luckily, we will be back at the main building soon with new plans for an additional building. -Leadership often reacts after the fact, and it comes across as a very scripted response -Lots of turnover due to change in the last few months

      Paycor has a great product, with great service, at the right price. A great opportunity to make $$$ in sales. Given all of the opportunity in the world to succeed.

      Pros

      Career growth, community involvement, great pay, bonuses, and plenty of paid time off.

      Cons

      At times there seems to be a lot of confusion in where the company is headed and what the long term goals are. However, the company is growing rapidly which is a great "problem" to have.

We are upping our game with the monthly Paycor Pulse, an upcoming roadshow in our field offices, a quarterly meeting for leaders, a livestream of our October Associate meeting, a newsletter, and blog articles. We want all Associates to know our strategy, priorities, and results.
