      The Best Place to Work!

      I've worked at Paycor for over 10 years in a sales capacity. Over that time I've seen many changes with Paycor. While change isn't easy and comfortable, it's inevitable with a successful and growing company. However, when these changes occur, I see it directly reinforced through our guiding principals..."take care of the client first"..."take care of each other"...and "attack each day enthusiastically" ate just a few of the tools that guide our course. Being in sales it's important that I am successful and Paycor dies s great job of staying competitive and on the cutting edge of technology, along with the tools to make it to the top. While no company is perfect, I see our associates taking the extra step to make sure the client is handled with care.

      Just thinks to be expected with a rapid growth company.
