8yThank you for taking time to offer your views. You noted that you felt a lack of strategy and communication. We've taken your feedback and that of your peers and put it into action. We're stepping up our game beginning in July with a fiscal year in review, an infographic on strategy, videos on strategy and a series of monthly webinars on business performance. Paycor has grown 17 straight years and 26 of our 27 in business, we need to do a better job of celebrating that with Associates

8yThanks for the balanced feedback on your Paycor experience. You're right, there are many opportunities. Last year we promoted or laterally moved 300 Associates. We've made internal mobility an area of focus to help Associates find the right spot for their talents. By now you've probably heard of our four strategy pillars for FY18. One pillar is to create an outstanding onboarding and service experience for our clients. It provides the guardrails that will help us evolve processes.
