      Pros

      The people! Really great people who want to work hard and have fun along the way.

      Cons

      Lots of change constantly happening at all times due to the fact it's a growing organization. Management doesn't always have the best methods for communicating the change.

The leadership team committed to a FY18 plan where we will routinely share strategy, business developments, business results, and key milestones. We'll also be recognizing important team and individual contributions. The more Associates know, the stronger the connection to Paycor.

      Worst comp plan in the industry

      Pros

      Good product for 20-100 employee companies. Full suite hire to retire with good user interface that shows well to prospects

      Cons

      Commissions are a joke. Done all manually and never don't right. Gave a two week notice and I was let go that day and did not pay me for any sales after resignation. Over 8k they didn't pay me. Work somewhere else. This is not the founder led company they advertise. It is a Goldman Sachs proxy that steals every cent possible from their employees

      Thank you for your feedback. I regret that your commission experience was not satisfactory. We have a well-documented sales policy, documented commission plans, a newly-implemented sales commission tool , and checks and balances to make sure pay is right. When there are questions or discrepancies, we investigate them and communicate fully. We take it seriously, and we take care of our sales pros.
