      Pros

      Newton is a growing company that provides a lot of opportunities for their employees to learn, steadily take on responsibility, and be rewarded for their progress. The culture is outstanding and management is very supportive of their employees as both people and professionals.

      Cons

      There aren't many downsides to working at Newton, but it would be great to have some more paid vacation/holiday's during the year.

      Most of company is good, Technical Services is awful

      Pros

      The organization as a whole gives back to the community, provides a pleasant work environment, and strives to be a great place to work

      Cons

      The Technical Services area is in chaos. There is a compete lack of trust between the employees and management. We have been made many promises over the past several months, and none of them have been kept. We are overworked. There is very little work life balance. The VP of our department doesn't know the people who work for him, and doesn't care.

      Pros

      -Focused on the product and customers first -Innovation and creativity are not ‘bad words’ -May be a product of their environment and employees but the clients are some of the best in the world -Open discussions, open doors, open minds -Office politics are not the status quo -It seems management listened to previous reviews because the benefits package is STELLAR

      Cons

      -Nature of the beast is that with common software upgrades come educational obligations -Not many outside office team building opportunities (could be a pro or con depending on you…)
