      I love working at Paycor. If you have a high motor, are hard working and willing to push the envelope, it's a great culture fit. Recently, because of my dedication and execution on varying deliverables I found myself promoted to a management position early in my career. Paycor loves, and thrives on talent at all levels and will help deliver on the career path you desire. I'm happy to work for an employer that rewards consistent good behavior through promotions and compensation.

      Cons

      At a 35 - 40% growth rate, inevitably you'll experience growing pains. You have to be nimble and willing to work in a "Ready, Fire, Aim" type of environment.

      Pros

      They value their employees. So many small acts to let you know they care and is important to them you are a Paycor employee. Great managers! Competitive pay, benefits & time off. They promote from within... almost weekly.

      Cons

      If any, I would say those who handle stress poorly as a con. It's kind of a given pressure when handling someone's money and paying employees.

      Best products and service in the Industry, everyday innovation and collaborative environment, open to new ideas and processes, strong Sales team

      Cons

      Benefits package is below competition with regards to medical, dental, life insurance etc. With high growth comes occasional growing pains.
