      Major Growing Pains, but a great place to work

      Pros

      - Great Culture: Plenty of events to support the community, as well as relax and mingle with colleagues from other teams/departments - Opportunity to grow: This is not the same as opportunity to advance, but there has been a lot of encouragement to learn new skills and try new things. - Fantastic people

      Cons

      - Documentation and processes can be disorganized and confusing, leading to extra work and slow responses to clients. - Lack of communication between departments, teams, etc. This isn't always the case, but frequently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. - "Known issues"... - Year End: Lots of folks mention year end, and it's brutal. It's also compounded by the above. Improve that, and improve Year End.

      Lots of opportunities for professional growth and company does have a lot of perks and competitive pay

      Cons

      In some areas, particularly implementation, peak seasons are difficult to have a work/life balance. These seasons happen 4 times a year.

      Pros

      The entire department treats the interns like they're one of the team members. The entire management staff is always willing to help you learn and work in an area that interest you. Each manager actually uses the work you do for them and always rewards you for your hard work. It is a great place to learn in a fast pace environment with fun people.

      Cons

      Not really many cons to working here as an inside sales intern. You learn, you have fun, and you can transition into a full-time position.
