Pros

Nice building, decent pay, pavilion was nice

Cons

Company spends a lot of time with initial training once you're out you're on your own. Very stressful job saw several people crying in the bathroom! BLACKOUT period last 2 and first 2 weeks of every Qtr and 6 weeks at year end! Horrible!!

We appreciate your feedback and concerns about blackout. Blackout reflects our clients' business cycles. We are actively working to minimize it, while maintaining high availability for clients during this peak period. There are many businesses like Paycor's that have peak periods. The Client Service leadership team is looking at every avenue - from process improvement to technology - to make these peak periods easier for clients and for Associates. Keep the lines of communication open - we only get better with suggestions from frontline Associates.

Thanks for your advice on Associate development. We recently launched Connect sessions to replace the annual performance review. The intent of Connect is to have more frequent performance and career discussions so that Associates sense buy-in, commitment, and real progress on their development. We want your experience to be better! ps. We don't think of anyone as bottom tier! If you're on the team, you're top shelf! It takes people from all skills, backgrounds and interests to serve our clients and to keep Paycor growing.
