      Poor Management and a lot of micromanaging

      Good pay and structured organization.

      Cons

      Management at least in the sales department - is like a revolving door. You'll have a change of expectations every few months and a lot of micromanagement - at least this was the experience for me and my peers.

      Good pay and incentives, bad management

      High paying salary, benefits are nice, and great incentives provided for high performance.

      Cons

      They hire managers out of industry, not knowledgeable on products and tools used. Work/life balance while needing to meet metrics. Quotas continue to increase
