Additionally, the support team, already stretched thin and lacking in-depth product knowledge, suffered further as support was outsourced—a decision that only compounded the issues. The outsourced support team's lack of familiarity with the product and payroll processes meant clients often had to be redirected back to domestic support for genuine assistance. The implementation process itself was fraught with challenges, and post-implementation support was virtually absent. Clients needing assistance with correcting tax errors made during payroll processing found themselves in particularly dire straits, highlighting the systemic issues within the company's approach to client service and employee support.
