      There are plenty of opportunities for recognition

      Trying to grow faster than possible Technology stack is ok, but brand awareness is low in this market Poor sales leadership at the top - you're only valued if you are a top performer. No ability to coach or grow as a leader because they are too focused on the number, not the people.
