Pros

They offer flexible schedules only to those that want a part time.

Cons

the company is extreamly demanding if the person has a higher position. They are very unfair with the managers, treat them unrespectfully and expect them to work as a slave. the stress level is highly intoreable and they ask for a lot but never give anything in return. A family member of mine use to work as a manager and always complained about working long hours even in her days off for no pay and skiping breaks because the company demanded them to do 100% of what they say. It is overwhelming and unrewarding.

Pros

My coworkers were the only saving grace.

Cons

-Did not take harassment issues seriously. Mainly refused to give us caller ID when we had a phone stalker who would...pleasure himself to our voices. He called so often he learned the schedules of his “favorite” employees and say stuff like “you look really good in that pink dress today” and “do you have to scrunch your feet when you wear flip-flops?” (He was into feet). DMs would tell us to call the police, but guess what info they needed to do anything about it? Police ended up getting mad at us because we just wasted their time. Per policy, whenever it happened, we would also report this to corporate. We called on a monthly basis, then biweekly as the creep became more confident. Some responses from concerned employees on the other end of the line would be that this is the first they’re hearing of that—so there was no record of any of this happening on their end, despite us following company policy. -Cherry on top was the actual creep they transferred to our store. We didn’t need any more employees, and suddenly we’re forced to take another guy in from a different store. Because it was so weird , we called the store to see why he was transferred. The other girls would giggle and not say anything. Awesome. He ended up following someone home a few months later. -Security was a joke as well. No cameras and no security tags allowed people to steal more than what we sold on some days.

Pros

Good health insurance for you and the family.

Cons

Company is doing so bad financially that they are cutting corners wherever possible. District Leaders have been foreed, now a store manager runs there store and oversees the district. Payroll has been cut back so there is basically one person in the store all day alone. Company doesn’t follow labor laws in regards to breaks. Used to be a great company to work for. Now i give the company an F!
