The managers that I had were great. They were really easy to work with, and you could ask them any question you had about anything. They are really fair with hours given and understanding with time off.

Cons

One thing I didn't like was the fear that was in the store when the DM or GL would come in. No matter what you were doing correctly, you were always doing something wrong in their eyes.

Most cusomters are nice, respectful, and open minded. Non-complainable Discounts

Cons

Upper management lacks patience and respect, and consideration for associates(especially one's in training). 2-3 persons workload dumped on 1 with little time to complete.

The benefits are good, and pay is good if you can get into management. Hard work is recognized and will help advance a career (if that is what you want).

Cons

Sales associates earn minimum wage (for the most part). To sell shoes, they make it complicated to help customers by "dictating" how we are to interact with customers, and push the idea to sell something to customers (even if the customer is just looking).
