      Great Company - But a word of caution! - Takes 5 stars down to 2

      Pros

      Some very wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      This is a BIG cautionary "con". This is the only company I know of where you can have an immediate supervisor as software engineer that does not have a development background. This is not a situation you want to be in. The lack of trust is debilitating. The one star ratings are due to this situation. This creates a lot of anxiety so that is why life/work balance is one star. Career opportunities are one star as in this company everything is controlled by your immediate supervisor.
