      Pros

      PCTY is serious about their core values and put their words into action. It's nice to respect the company I work for, and feel respected in return.

      Cons

      The performance review process can be a great way to get detailed feedback -- if it fits your situation. The metrics can seem very rigid and don't apply to everyone. My managers have been able to bend them to my situation, but it takes some gymnastics at some points.

      One of the best communities of coworkers that I've been a part of, in which everyone is ready and willing to help out! Numerous learning opportunities to experience!

      Cons

      Sometimes things can move a little too fast, causing some problems to arise in the wake of the speediness.
