      Volume can be intense at times, but if you are up the challenge and have time management skills it is worth it.

      Working remote was really the only highlight

      Cons

      Incompetent management, unrealistic expectations that extended outside working hours in what you should do with your free time that classified under "other duties as assigned". Management even escalated tone of voice during discussion if there was a disagreement and they felt employee wasn't being compliant.
