      Pros

      -My feedback regarding process change matters! -Work-Life Balance -I love that self-care is highly encouraged from the C-Suite down to the employees. -I absolutely love the ability to grow with the company. The encourage and support company growth and transitions to other positions within the organization.

      Cons

      None in my current position; In my prior experience as an Implementation Consultant, it was a struggle to create a work-life balance.

      - Strong transparency from senior leadership down to individual contributors - Amazing inclusive and diverse culture; this is truly celebrated and felt by employees, not just a core value that is talked about without action - Incredible WFH work and life balance - Strong company financials that translate into wonderful employee programming, investments and innovation into our products and services which helps with our overall client experience

      Cons

      - Depending upon what department you are in, change management may be harder for some areas; I am fortunate to be in implementation where our drive for customer experience as well as timely and successful implementations drive change; not every organization in the company operates the same way

      Pros

      *Almost all employees are remote, so you arent tied to an office *The perks, the company always is invested in how the Employees are doing. Since March of 2020 we have had Weekly Executive Meetings that we can attend and submit our questions to Leadership- AND they are answered. Its very open. I've never been at a Company where Ive meet and know all the VPs and not because of a bad reason just that they have open doors and mean it.

      Cons

      *We still have some growing pains and processes that need improvements but with that said everyone is always willing to launch a pilot and improve them its never this is how it has always been.
