      Pros

      Hard work pays off. If you are scared of hard work, not meant for you especially during the year-end rush. You are recognized constantly for your accomplishments. So far, everyone I worked with here has a positive attitude and are always willing to help out. After the year-end rush passes, there is so much flexible time and the office becomes a more laid back environment.

      Cons

      Unbelievably fast growing company which will lead to some growing pains; this is why everyone is gung-ho to work as a team to defeat the uphill battle. Not too much of a con though, because this propels yourself into a lead role quicker if you do a good job.

      Pros

      Paylocity makes you feel like they appreciate you. They give back to their employees in a good way as far as events, give back, etc. There is a fulfilling amount of positive spirit and appreciation towards the staff that makes the atmosphere enjoyable to work at. Additionally, the company is growing at a rapid pace and the opportunity for growth and promotion is promising.

      Cons

      The main con of working at Paylocity is the workload. This may be due to a transition phase of growth but it seems everyone is overworked and there is just not enough time in a day to accommodate all the needs requested from the job. Organization can be dysfunctional at times and this can lead to a stressful daily experience. Rate of pay for the amount of workload is also questionable and has staff question other employment opportunities.
