Pros

Pay is OK, work is still pretty varied which makes things interesting. Work/life balance is mostly OK if you are fine with constantly being behind.

Cons

I'm not sure how many more times I can take hearing that leadership has "no faith or confidence in my ability to deliver" when we are, in fact, delivering. Extremely demotivating and at times even offensive. The pay has dropped significantly with reductions to stock awards that lined up with the large drop in stock price - my "total compensation" has reduced by around 30% since the changes, plus they even changed the medical deductions to make that cost more too. I'm frequently required to attempt to lie to my people when benefits drop again, getting talk tracks for trying to make bad things sound good (I frequently end up hearing "well at least we don't do layoffs" a LOT as the only reason for people to not leave - and has been my reason for too long as well). Leadership is quite toxic and starts at the CEO level, constantly changing things like budgeting methodology done in closed-door meetings where I only find out after they are already mad I did it the old way. I could go on and on but it just really isn't the amazing place it used to be.

Pros

All the pros are gone. Management is stripping everything away.

Cons

After reducing RSU to front line employees by 40% last year, the "leadership" has decided to reduce it by 75% more. If I had to guess, only upper management will qualify anyways.

Pros

Kind coworkers, Decent swag, Made good friends.

Cons

Under market pay with constant workload increases, Culture is dying, Took away many things that made the company great. Throw money at problems rather than the people. Office politics, rude executives. This used to be a great place to work but they did what every major corporation does. Innovation isn't really that great anymore.
