Pros

Good software compared to competitors

Cons

Mangers lie profusely, BS "family" atmosphere. HR is a joke... only looking out for corporate interests. From a practical business perspective, they want Sales to build relationships with Insurance Brokers, but refuse to pay out a kick back even though virtually all their competitors in the market are.

Pros

Great coworkers for the most part, decent pay.

Cons

Your value is boiled down to a number and if that number isn't good enough, even with context, they toss you.

Pros

Work life balance Company culture at first geared towards caring for one another

Cons

Very political Low pay Little room to grow unless you know and are friends with management It’s sad that over the time the company is losing sight of its core values and is now shifting towards a “customer is always right mindset” upper management are clueless about what front line employees have to deal with and deliberately chose to ignore employee feedback. Leadership has done a complete 180 in terms of workload and is now expecting us to pick up the slack for other departments without additional compensation
