Pros

Recently increased the PTO accrual by a little. Our TWO CEOS make soo much money 😍

Cons

Company hasn’t adjusted wages for inflation or cost of living in 2 years. Company is restructuring jobs and increasing responsibilities without any pay increase. Company is full of executive level leaders who don’t know what they’re doing in the slightest. Throwing things to a wall to see if they stick.

We are in the midst of refreshing our pay transparency tool which provides clarity to our team members and the most up-to-date and market-aligned compensation information for every job at PCTY. We also reassess our benefit offerings on an annual basis to ensure we're meeting the needs of our employees. Pros

Environment, Side Trainer, Lunch provided for training

Cons

Pick and choose who to write up, I don't think they are to fond of my "skin tone", racially profiled me and fired me for things that didn't make sense.

Pros

Culture, pay (when performing), and remote work

Cons

I actually love my job. However my week is also filled with ensuring that clients in implementation and those active stay happy. The c suite team invests so heavily in the sales side (thank you!) but we also need to invest in implementation and service. Half of my week that I could be selling, I am staying on top on my deals in implementation or dealing with issues that a client can’t get a response from service. I was told when I started to trust that at least one client you sold a year wouldn’t make it through implementation. That’s crazy!!!! And it has nothing to do with what the client is asking- just because the implementation process is a joke and clients gets so frustrated they pull out.
