Pros

Lgbtqia+ supportive, fun working atmosphere, relaxed environment, fun company outings and seminars.

Cons

No consistency, job description and rating may change swiftly and without proper communication, expectations are high and unrealistic, burn out is a big threat, lack of resources to exceed in certain areas of yoyr job and knowledge set, unrealistic expectations provided to clients by sales and leadership. I used to reccomend this company but do not anymore as it has changed significantly for the worse.

Pros

Lots of support from mentors. A knowledge database for different step by step processes(Peak)

Cons

The talks the managers did give sounded like a rote laundry list of open ended questions just so they can say you were heard. They had a rap activity on the community pages to celebrate Black History Month, as if that's all we celebrate. Some upper management were unnecessarily harsh to subordinates, it was reflected upon as an 'oopsie, did I go too far?' as if this harshness was comical, uncontrollable, and acknowledged as counterproductive rather than helpful. PEAK knowledge database was constantly being updated, yet a lot of the processes were grossly outdated to the point that the screenshots were from two updates ago or several months ago
