Paymentus has the three things I look for in all great companies: 1) An exceptional executive team with a strategic vision to lead the company to success 2) A product that I believe in and one that I would be happy to associate with my personal brand 3) Employees that are driven, passionate and accountable for how their actions improve the company Paymentus is an amazing company, where the opportunities to learn and have an outsized impact on the company are unmatched. There is a very supportive culture and team members work hard to make sure colleagues have all of the resources and knowledge to succeed. This final point will seem cliché until you work here and experience it for yourself. The CEO cares about the success and growth of each employee at Paymentus. Aside from continuing the company’s growth, the biggest concern of our CEO is the happiness of Paymentus team members and his actions show that he wants his employees to be proud that they work at Paymentus.
Cons
The double-edged sword of the company’s success and rapid growth forced Paymentus be responsive instead of proactive with hiring and processes improvements in some groups. It seems like the executive team has identified those issues and is actively working to help those teams.
