      Great people, horrible administration

      Pros

      For the most part the lab environment is great, with friendly and competent people.

      Cons

      Hospital administration seems to despise the department, constant attacks on staffing and pay (which is some of the lowest in the state) even though the lab is already understaffed. They know they're the only employer in the area and take massive advantage over that.

      Care more about the money they make than their employees or staff. Way to heavy in top management
