      Benefits, wages, coworkers, holiday pay , location

      Cons

      Bullies that are promoted, unappreciated, lack of training, stressful environment, lack of communication. Too much backstabbing. High turnover.

      Good benefits, PTO, some jobs protected by union

      Cons

      Horrible communication, HR is not local and not helpful and flat out wrong a lot, no feeling of loyalty or caring for it's employees (only money)

      The onboard recruiters were excellent!

      Pros

      H.R employees are wonderful! They helped me throughout the whole process. They congratulated me and welcomed me to Peacehealth! They treated me with warmth and compassion. Ruth even worried about my drive to orientation, as we had a snow storm that day. She made me feel welcomed! My overall experience with my recruiter and onboard person was wonderful!
