Most staff are good people, just have their hands tied.
Cons
Poor, poor management a d administration. When they decided to spend millions on a cosmetic change and deny its employees a descent income, that was enough for me. Of course the department management and supervisor, sure don't no how to lead by example, sit on on their butts and point fingers.
