      A nice building and campus.

      Cons

      Will outright exploit your work ethic well beyond the technical obligations of your job title, then throw you and your whole department out like yesterdays trash with absolutely no warning. Do you enjoy working yourself to death to meet unrealistic deadlines; then being called into a conference room out of the blue to be laid off en masse? Well boy oh boy, this is the place for you...

      Pros

      Clearly defined break periods and not having to work forced overtime.

      Cons

      Leadership in certain positions that lack education and experience which is causing people to seek opportunities elsewhere. Also, the gossiping and nepotism destroying the foundation of the moral.

      PeaceHealth stopped caring about their employees

      Co-workers or wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. And the company shows no appreciation to the fact that we are over work, short staffed, stressed, tired, etc.
