      Pros

      Collaborative working environment. Strong team environment. Mission driven culture. They are trying to improve organizational issues.

      Cons

      Decreased consistency and organization at the managerial level. Management requests feedback and input but often did not follow up due to turnover and middle management issues. Expectations for ST were unrealistic, based on PT which was a much larger team (about 20 FTE vs 1.5 FTE for ST)

      Pros

      -The facility was brand new and nice -A company that seems to mean well but is so far lost mostly because of unsustainable scaling and condescending Doctors.

      Cons

      -No available local housing -No affordable housing -3+ jobs lumped into one -Fundamental disconnection from other sites throughout 3 US states -Morale and culture not good--not enough laughing or enjoying the work -Unfit trainers who were forced to train for no increase in pay -Dealing with a defunct healthcare system day in, day out. Soul crushing stuff. -The groups of individuals they hire seem ethnically homogenous in my experience.

      PH pays fairly. Management is generally supportive

      several RIFs post pandemic, although the severance packages were generous
