      Pros

      Anonymity, I get to work when and where I want, because nobody knows what is going on.

      Cons

      I really wanted this company to excel in the Northwest Market and maybe they will in the end, but the lack of communication and mass exodus from PeaceHealth is too much for me to stick around for.

      Pros

      Excellent bedside staff that truly want to Provide high quality care. Highly trained people in all specialties who want the best outcome for our patients.

      Cons

      Horrible management, massive cuts to essential staff and resources despite huge profits, condescending upper level staff who couldn't survive a day on the floor but are responsible for making key decisions. Lack of support for staff. Unsafe staffing conditions daily.
