      It's not the worst

      Pros

      Decent pay through the union, but could be better. Coworkers were great. Management was mostly benign with respect to the day-to-day, at least within pharmacy.

      Cons

      There's a big blame culture which is annoying to work with, and gets in the way of productive conversation on error prevention. Even coworkers I liked had attempted to redirect blame at some point, at me or others, when they made an error (consequential or not). It's unfortunate but not unique to PeaceHealth.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Supervisor is good communicator. No nonsense attitude, and knows how to give positive criticism and feedback.

      Cons

      Frequently work during lunches-unpaid- to get tasks done on time. Job has nearly no in person interactions, and office is silent. OT not approved/ acceptable.

      Pay, some benefits, management and co workers were easy to work with, good schedule

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, ridiculous attendance policy for new employees (literally got fired for being a single mom and my kiddo being sick and not having pto to cover me)
