      Pros

      People can be nice, but it’s deceptive. Work environment - physical environment - is great.

      Cons

      Company doesn’t care that a task may be completed in different ways. It’s either their way or the highway. Feedback is not given, but is expected back on demand.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable staff, coworkers with great bed-side manors, people who care (for the most part) about the patients and the difference we can make as a whole. Great collaboration opportunities with other departments resulting in a knowledge and skillset of working with all kinds of people, disciplines and networks. Great for networking, great for the resume.

      Cons

      Management has little control over the staff, gossiping is worse than at a high school, there is a major lack of consistency as well as just a lacking in general of disciplinary actions and major favoritism. Managers who are either related to some of their current employees, are best friends or roommates with their employees. High turnover rate. Hostile work environment.
