There are ALOT of pros in working with Peacehealth. To name a few pros, there are great benefits that are affordable, Its a diverse group of individuals, competitive pay rates and management is great here

Pros

According to their site, PeaceHealth is about people. That is SO true. They value their employees and actively work to ensure employees are whole, centered people so they can do their best work. When I have a question or a concern, my manager is always available. I feel I am a valued employee all day. It's a joy to come to work every day.

From the very first day of my orientation I knew I had made the right choice in starting a new career with Peace Health. I have never felt so genuinely welcomed and was so impressed with the sincerity of their mission. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this community of caregivers!
