Pros

The staff at PHSW are second to none. They are a talented, caring, and resilient group of people.

Cons

Insufficient resources & constantly changing leadership (especially executive-level). Very short-sighted and reactive. Executive leadership doesn't genuinely listen to staff and managers.

Pros

None that I can think of. Don't work here.

Cons

If I could give this organization no stars I would. Bullying, lying, corrupt leadership, inept leadership, nepotism are of the work environment. They care little for you as an employee but care significantly about their bottom line.

Pros

Management is some of the best I’ve worked with in 16 years of being a medical professional. They are easy to talk with about issues and are willing to go above and beyond to correct those issues.

Cons

Relief staffing hard to find, most new hires need full time position. Per diems don’t last long due to needing full time hours with benefits.
