Business Outlook
Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits. There's a good variety of shifts to work. I can't think of very many pros. Most of the employees are cohesive.
Cons
Upper management does not value the opinion of the nurses. They institute major changes in patient care areas without input from nurses. They are a non profit that acts like a for profit. They do not value their employees, they treat them like they're easily replaceable.
