      Offers benefits Caring fellow employees Do have sit/standing desks to use

      Cons

      Communication lacks greatly on many ITS teams from the leadership/management to the actual working employees. Team morale was poor at SSC Negative workplace, got in trouble for going above and beyond to assist co workers. No growth in career, not challenged with projects, basically sat at a desk and warmed the chair a lot. very disappointing Worst employer I have ever worked with.

      It is a place full of caring nurses, doctors and professionals who give their all to make patient outcomes and experience better. Couldn't ask for better colleagues

      Cons

      The management at the top levels over the past 5-7 years has created mass disengagement and issues related to how change is rolled out, and how the company is being organized. Their values and their actions are not aligned
